These Terms govern your use of the EduEire website and services provided by EduEire Limited.
By using EduEire, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Who the service is for
EduEire is intended for teachers and other adult education stakeholders. It is not intended for students.
You must not upload, enter, or process student personal data through the service.
3. The service
EduEire currently provides access to its Lesson Planner service.
We may update, improve, change, or remove features from time to time.
4. Accounts
You may need to create an account to use the service.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login details secure
- making sure the information you provide is accurate
- activity carried out through your account unless you tell us about unauthorised access
We may suspend or restrict access where necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, or breach of these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully
- upload or enter student personal data
- misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service
- scrape or copy the service in an unauthorised way
- attempt to reverse engineer the service except where the law clearly allows it
- use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others
6. AI-generated content
EduEire uses AI to help generate lesson-planning content.
You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output. EduEire does not guarantee that outputs will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every context.
The service is intended to support professional work, not replace your judgment.
7. Pricing and subscriptions
The current self-serve subscription price is €10 per month.
We may introduce different plans or pricing later.
8. Refunds
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to reasonable use.
If you need help with a refund request, please contact support@edueire.ie.
9. Payments
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers.
By subscribing, you agree to pay the charges for your selected plan.
10. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you input into the service and the outputs generated for you.
By using the service, you give EduEire a licence to host, store, process, analyse, and use that content as needed to:
- provide the service
- maintain and secure the service
- improve the service
- use anonymised or aggregated material for product improvement and service development
We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.
11. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
We may suspend, update, or change the service for maintenance, security, technical, or business reasons.
12. Important note about responsibility
You use the service at your own professional discretion. You should review any content generated by EduEire before relying on it.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time.
